**Article 1 - Acceptance of conditions** These general conditions govern the use of transport services offered by Taxibrousse Madagascar. By booking a ticket, the passenger accepts these conditions without reservation. **Article 2 - Booking and payment** Booking can be made online, by phone or directly at the station. Payment must be made at the time of booking. Tickets are nominative and non-refundable except under specific cancellation conditions. **Article 3 - Carrier obligations** Taxibrousse undertakes to transport the passenger from the departure station to the arrival station under optimal safety conditions. In case of delay exceeding 2 hours, the passenger may request a free rescheduling. **Article 4 - Passenger obligations** The passenger must arrive 30 minutes before departure with valid identification. They are responsible for their luggage and must respect authorized weight limits.

**Cancellation deadlines** - More than 48 hours before departure: 80% refund of ticket price - Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund - Less than 24 hours: no refund except with cancellation insurance **Refund procedure** Refund requests must be made via your online account or by email to refunds@taxibrousse.mg. Processing time is 7 business days. **Force majeure** In case of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters or road closures by authorities, Taxibrousse offers free rescheduling or full refund.

**Civil liability insurance** All our vehicles are covered by mandatory civil liability insurance with a ceiling of 50,000,000 Ar for bodily injury and property damage caused to third parties. **Comprehensive insurance** Additional comprehensive insurance covers passengers in case of accident, with compensation up to 100,000,000 Ar per claim. **Limitation of liability** Taxibrousse is not responsible for delays caused by external events (weather conditions, road conditions, road checks). Liability for luggage is limited to 500,000 Ar per passenger.
