Booking and payment

Everything you need to know about online booking and payment methods

  • How to book a ticket online?

    To book your ticket, go to our booking page, select your departure city, destination, date and number of passengers. Choose your comfort class (Standard, Comfort or VIP), then proceed to secure payment. You will receive your ticket by SMS and email within 2 minutes.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept MVola, Orange Money, Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard credit cards and cash payment directly at the station. Online payments are secured via an encrypted SSL connection.

  • My payment failed, what should I do?

    If your payment fails, first check your balance. If the problem persists, contact your Mobile Money operator or bank. No amount is charged in case of failure. You can try again or choose another payment method.

Luggage and lost items

Information on baggage allowances, prohibited items and lost property procedure

  • What is the allowed baggage allowance?

    Standard Class: 20 kg checked + 5 kg cabin. Comfort Class: 25 kg checked + 7 kg cabin. VIP Class: unlimited baggage. Baggage exceeding the allowed weight is charged 1,000 Ar/kg extra.

  • What items are prohibited on board?

    Prohibited: weapons, sharp objects, flammable products, explosives, drugs. Liquids in cabin are limited to 100ml per container. Medications with prescription are allowed.

  • I lost an item in the taxi-brousse

    Contact our customer service immediately at +261 34 12 345 67 specifying the trip number, date and description of the item. We keep found items for 30 days before handing them over to authorities.

Changes and cancellations

Booking modification and cancellation policy

  • Can I modify my reservation?

    Yes, modifications are free up to 24h before departure. Log in to your account, go to "My Reservations" and click "Modify". Modifications less than 24h are charged 2,000 Ar.

  • How to cancel my reservation?

    Cancellation +48h before departure: 80% refund. Between 24h and 48h: 50% refund. Less than 24h: no refund except cancellation insurance. Refund is processed within 7 business days.

  • What is cancellation insurance?

    Cancellation insurance (5% of ticket price) allows you to cancel your trip for valid reasons (illness, family emergency, natural disaster) and be refunded 100%. Subscribe during booking.

Tips for a safe and pleasant journey

  • What safety measures are applied?

    All our vehicles undergo technical inspection before each departure. Our drivers are trained in road safety and strictly respect speed limits. Vehicles are equipped with seat belts, fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

  • What to do in case of emergency during the trip?

    In case of emergency, immediately notify the driver. Dial 117 (police), 118 (fire department) or 124 (SAMU). Our 24/7 assistance center (+261 34 12 345 67) coordinates interventions and repatriation if necessary.

  • Can children travel alone?

    Children aged 12 to 17 can travel alone with notarized parental authorization. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Escort service available on request (5,000 Ar).
