1- About us

Taxibrousse.mg is a brand of the company GENIUS AT WORK SARL. More information about the company is available in our Legal Notice section.

Our service consists of researching, comparing and presenting taxibrousse transport offers up to online booking of tickets for various destinations in Madagascar.

GENIUS AT WORK is an independent company. We do not organize any transport or travel, do not own any third party provider (carriers or other providers) and have no economic control over any third party provider whatsoever.

2- Scope

The general reservation conditions apply for the use of the taxibrousse.mg web portals and mobile application.

Taxibrousse.mg reserves the right to modify these general booking conditions at any time by publishing a new version on the site. The general reservation conditions are those in effect on the date of reservation of the order.

Checking the box relating to these general booking conditions during the order validation process implies unreserved acceptance by the customer of all the general booking conditions.

3- Service offers

Our services aim to provide you with the information you need to improve and facilitate your trip planning and to allow you to compare the travel offers offered by the cooperatives operating at each destination.

Our services do not cover travel services (transport from point A to point B for example), which are the subject of a separate contract that you conclude with the third party provider concerned.

Taxibrousse.mg acts as an intermediary between the user and the third-party provider (Cooperative). We cannot therefore be held responsible for the execution of the travel services and the manner in which they are carried out.

4- Registration

You have the possibility to create an account on our site. You can access your profile by entering your email address and a password. You can also log in via Facebook or Google+. Your reservations and personal data are of course only used in accordance with our data protection provisions.

Registration as a user is reserved for natural persons of legal age and whose ability to perform legal acts is not limited. The user is responsible for providing all the required information correctly and updating it if necessary. Registration cannot be transferred.

5- Service charges

As part of our booking service directly on our platforms, we charge various booking fees which are obviously displayed. Currency exchange fees may also apply when using a foreign currency.

6- Exclusion of liability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information posted on our web platforms and mobile applications. Regarding the details of the travel services, we communicate the information provided to us by the third party providers concerned. We do not have full control over the accuracy and timeliness of the information we collect and present. We only do audits if we have reason to do so. We therefore ask you to check the various information concerning your trip for yourself.

We cannot make any guarantees to our users regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of travel information. The same applies to all other information that we present on our offer pages and which is made available to us by third parties.

We do not participate in the presentation or description of travel services on third-party service sites and therefore cannot be held responsible for the content of the offer of third-party service providers or the contracts concluded with them.

We cannot be held responsible for breakdowns or malfunctions beyond our control during the course of a trip.

7- Data protection

The processing of your data when using our offer complies with our data protection regulations. Your use of our websites and / or mobile applications constitutes your consent to the use of your data in accordance with our data protection provisions.

8- Modification of these GTC

Our offer continues to develop and evolve. We therefore reserve the right to modify these GTC at any time. In the absence of prior notification of modification, the T & Cs in force at the time of the last reservation apply for users already registered.

9- Reservation cancellation

For an online reservation, it is not possible to cancel or get a refund. However, complaints could be made directly to the third party provider concerned.

10- Jurisdiction

The contractual relationship between the user and us is governed by Malagasy law. The user can assert claims within the framework of consumer protection standards in Malagasy courts.
